Donation process
Donations are processed in US dollars through PayPal Checkout. A donation is confirmed when PayPal reports that the payment has been completed.
Designated support
Where a donor indicates a cause or campaign, the foundation should make reasonable efforts to apply the gift accordingly while clearly explaining any necessary flexibility.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed individually against the circumstances of the donation and any funds already committed to programme activity.
Receipts and acknowledgements
PayPal provides payment confirmation. The foundation can respond to acknowledgement questions through its official contact channel.
